HoYoverse’s Phase I wish notice states that Character Event Wish and Character Event Wish-2 share and accumulate their wish guarantee count. The rule applies across those two concurrent character banners.
Phase II: Sigewinne and Furina
Phase II ran from June 25 to July 16, 2024. Sigewinne and Furina were the featured five-stars; the reported four-stars were Noelle, Gaming, and Rosaria. Sigewinne was new to Version 4.7, while Furina was a returning featured character.
The three Phase II four-star names come from secondary banner-history reporting. HoYoverse’s Phase II preview page is an official source, but its accessible page content does not provide a readable roster to independently verify those names. They should therefore be treated as reported lineup details, not as independently confirmed here by an accessible official notice.
