Kaizen currently has Story Bosses and World Bosses. Story Bosses generally respawn 1–5 minutes after defeat, while World Bosses usually take about 10 minutes and may require server-hopping when their spawn chance is inconsistent. World Boss rewards also require you to deal roughly 15% of the boss’s maximum HP.
This guide covers the currently listed bosses, their locations and reported drops, verified Story Boss drop rates where available, and the newer level-950-plus progression areas. The official Roblox listing remains accessible, although Roblox may show no running experiences when no active server is available.

How Kaizen boss respawns work
- Story Bosses: usually return 1–5 minutes after defeat. The exact timing can vary, with rare-drop encounters often taking closer to the upper end.
- World Bosses: generally return about 10 minutes after defeat, but availability may be inconsistent. If the boss is absent, server-hopping is often the practical solution.
- World Boss rewards: you normally need to contribute approximately 15% of the boss’s maximum HP. Showing up for the final hit is not enough.
Uraume is a special case: its HP scales with the number of players in the server, so a smaller group can sometimes clear it faster. Current sources do not provide a single consistently verified drop percentage for the current World Boss reward tables.
Story Bosses: locations and drops
The current Story Boss list includes the following encounters and reported reward pools. The list is larger than older guides that reported only 18 bosses.

World Bosses also commonly provide XP, Mastery XP and a Boss Chest. Gojo, Sukuna and Itadori are reported to drop Binding Vow Spins, which are also obtainable through Robux.

Cursed Archipelago encounters
Kraken, Vorath and Grinner are all associated with the Cursed Archipelago. Vorath and Grinner are described as follow-up or miniboss encounters connected to Kraken, so check the area after defeating Kraken rather than treating every encounter as an unrelated map spawn.
Low-availability World Bosses
Eso and Itadori are repeatedly reported as having particularly low spawn availability. If neither is present, changing servers is more useful than waiting indefinitely in one server. The same approach can help with other World Bosses when the normal roughly 10-minute cycle does not produce the encounter.

The official Roblox description currently lists a maximum level of 950, while the current progression guide also describes areas beyond the older cap:

Grove Keeper’s Curse is listed as a newer encounter in Grove Keeper’s Lair. A complete verified drop table and exact respawn time are not currently provided, so it would be misleading to assign it a confirmed reward percentage or a definite timer.

Efficient boss-farming routine
- Choose the target first. Farm a Story Boss for a known item and short respawn window; choose a World Boss for its larger reward pool but expect longer downtime and possible server-hopping.
- Travel to the listed location. The current sources do not document a boss-finder menu, spawn button, slash command or console command.
- Track the defeat time. For Story Bosses, check again within the 1–5 minute window. For World Bosses, allow about 10 minutes before changing servers.
- Meet the damage requirement. On World Bosses, deal approximately 15% of maximum HP yourself to protect your reward eligibility.
- Keep the rare drop in perspective. Finger Bearer’s Cursed Finger #1 is listed at 2.6%, Frog King’s material crown at 3.1%, and Ironclad Gnasher’s gauntlet at 4.5%, so repeated attempts may be necessary.
Current controls useful during boss fights
The official experience description lists these PC controls:

There is no documented boss-specific UI path or command for locating, spawning or manually respawning an encounter. Use the listed locations, the normal respawn windows and server changes when availability is poor.
Is Kaizen shut down?
Not as a safe current claim. The Roblox experience page is still listed under experience ID 17662297954 by Lajebo Games x Kaizen and shows current game information and codes. Roblox may display “There are currently no running experiences,” which indicates that no active server was available at the time of checking—not necessarily permanent removal. Some guides say the original game was permanently shut down, but that conflicts with the accessible listing and newer boss and progression information.
