To finish the Stellaris Prime entries in your Revenge of the Savage Planet Kindex, check four groups: flora, fauna, hazards and obstacles, and regions. The list below follows the categories in Gamer Social Club’s May 14, 2025 guide. Some entries can appear on more than one planet, so a Stellaris Prime entry is not necessarily exclusive to this world.
Stellaris Prime scannables by category
Gamer Social Club’s guide provides the category lists below. Use its linked page for the full spellings and complete names; several are deliberately unusual. The categories cover more than the creature and plant entries tracked by some fan tools.

- Flora: The guide includes Magnus Truncus, Harpeggio Fartezet, Hedgehog Palm, and William Joseph Handweak Willow, among other entries.
- Fauna: Listed examples include Mantis, Brainard, Slitherfly, and Hognork.
- Hazards and obstacles: Examples include Alarmingly Fragile Crystals, Gunther Standee, Fragile Floor, Grapple… Thing, Toxic Gas, and Lava Pool.
- Regions: Pfyzzich Beach, Nu Florida, Slarragon Forest, Chuggler’s Swamp, Cliffs of Abaddoon, Scuttling Grotto, and Spiderlings’ Hollow.
See Gamer Social Club’s full Stellaris Prime scannable list for every entry in each category. The guide identifies Pfyzzich Beach as the starting area and Nu Florida as the home base.

Scans that are easy to miss
Gunther Standee
Scan a Gunther Standee when the story task asks you to destroy the standees around the habitat. The task becomes available after sufficient story progress, so this scan opportunity may not be present early in your run.

- FOUR PLANETS TO EXPLORE: Four large, vibrant worlds to explore, each with their own weird and wonderful plants and creatures
- Scan everything, catalog everything, and complete experiments to increase your science level… which unlocks exciting new gear
Hognork
Scan the Hognork before capturing it if you are also pursuing the In the Bag achievement or trophy. The guide recommends scanning it and then capturing it; it does not identify the Hognork as a boss.
Boss entries
The fan-run Kindex tracker warns that boss entries must be scanned during the fight: according to the tracker, a dead boss cannot be scanned. Keep the scanner ready before finishing a boss encounter.

Why a Kindex count may not match this list
The Kindex tracker reports 58 creature and plant entries across all four planets. That is not a count of every Stellaris Prime scannable: the local guide also includes hazards, obstacles, and regions. The tracker and the Stellaris Prime list therefore cover different scopes. Also, some scannables occur on multiple planets, so finding an entry elsewhere does not mean the Stellaris Prime list is wrong.

For a Stellaris Prime cleanup, use the category list above and the linked guide, which covers flora, fauna, hazards, obstacles, and regions. The Kindex tracker is useful for creature and plant entries across all four planets and for its boss-scan warning. An interactive map could make location filtering easier, but a community Steam guide that points to one reports that the guide was removed and incompatible; it is not a dependable recommendation.

Version context
Raccoon Logic’s August 18, 2025 content update described Photo Mode additions, habitat decor, bug fixes, and Performance Mode on PS5, PS5 Pro, and Xbox Series X. It offered a 40 or 60 FPS choice on those consoles. The announcement does not say that Stellaris Prime’s scan list changed, so the community checklist should not be treated as an officially verified developer list.
