Yes—Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition arrived on November 10, 2025, for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. As of October 8, 2026, Bethesda has not announced another launch for November 2026. The later Nintendo Switch 2 release became available on February 24, 2026.
When did Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition come out?
Bethesda Game Studios announced the November 10, 2025 release date on October 23, 2025. Its launch notice confirms the edition became available that day on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. Bethesda’s announcement and launch notice refer to the 2025 release, not an upcoming November date.

So if “this November” means November 2026, there is no newly announced release to anticipate in Bethesda’s official notices cited here. The Anniversary Edition is already available on its original platforms.
What’s included in the Anniversary Edition?
Bethesda describes the main edition as a bundle of the base game, six official add-ons and more than 150 pieces of Creation Club content. The add-ons are:

What if you already own Fallout 4?
Bethesda lists different options depending on which edition you own. The Anniversary Edition Upgrade is for standard-edition owners who want the six add-ons and the included Creation Club content. Owners of Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition can instead buy the Creations Bundle separately to get the Creation Club items. Check the product listing for your platform before buying so you choose the full game, upgrade or bundle that matches your library. Bethesda’s FAQ explains these options.

Is Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition on Nintendo Switch 2?
Yes. Bethesda’s February 24, 2026 notice says the Switch 2 version is available. It bundles the base game, all six add-ons and more than 150 curated Creation Club items. Bethesda says those included Creations are built into this version; it does not have the Creations menu. See Bethesda’s Switch 2 launch notice.
