What does “Asian farms” mean in Farming Simulator 25?
The announcement’s Asian-farm framing refers to an East Asian environment, not a claim that every farm in the game is Asian. The game includes three environments representing East Asia, North America and Europe. GIANTS’ announcement specifically highlighted rice and water buffaloes alongside the East Asian setting. GIANTS Software’s June 25, 2024 announcement introduced that setting; its Farming Simulator 25 feature overview presents it as one of the game’s three environments.

What is new in Farming Simulator 25?
Ground deformation
GIANTS lists ground deformation as a new feature, in the context of graphics and physics improvements in GIANTS Engine 10. The official feature material does not specify how long terrain changes persist, which gameplay systems use them, or what performance impact they have. The confirmed changes make Farming Simulator 25 a broader setting-and-features update: three regional environments, a set of named simulation features, and publisher-stated crop and machinery totals.
