Final Fantasy VII Remake Part Three has a confirmed release date: April 8, 2027. Its official title is FINAL FANTASY VII REVELATION, and Square Enix says it will launch simultaneously on PS5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
When does Final Fantasy VII Remake Part Three come out?
FINAL FANTASY VII REVELATION launches on April 8, 2027. Square Enix announced the exact date on September 3, 2026; the date is also listed on the publisher’s Japanese product page. The earlier Spring 2027 window has therefore been narrowed to a specific day.

PlayStation’s announcement confirms April 8 for PS5, and Square Enix lists the same date for its announced platforms. Check local store listings for regional availability, release timing, editions, physical formats, and preorder details; those specifics are not established by the date announcement.
What is Part Three officially called?
The official title is FINAL FANTASY VII REVELATION. “Part Three” is a useful shorthand: Square Enix describes REVELATION as the third and final entry in the FINAL FANTASY VII Remake Series. The publisher first announced the title and Spring 2027 window on June 9, 2026, then confirmed the exact date in September.

What has Square Enix revealed about the finale?
The story brings Cloud and his companions into a final confrontation involving Sephiroth, Meteor, and the planet’s Weapons. Square Enix says players will have a choice in where to go, whom to help, and the order of events, with decisions affecting aspects of characters’ stories. The Highwind is central to exploring the world.

Square Enix points to FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE and FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH, which are also packaged together as the FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE & REBIRTH – Twin Pack.
