Flask of Atal’ai Mojo drops from troll mobs in the Temple of Atal’Hakkar, also known as Sunken Temple, in WoW Classic: Season of Discovery. You can turn one in to Zalgo the Explorer for a selected Atal’ai Mojo potion, or save five for an Alchemy recipe used in the shoulder-signets quest chain.
Where Flask of Atal’ai Mojo drops
The item drops from troll mobs in the Temple of Atal’Hakkar, the Sunken Temple level-up raid in Season of Discovery. The available item and raid references do not identify a particular troll or establish a drop rate, so there is no confirmed mob-specific farming target or probability to rely on. Warcraft Wiki’s item page lists its drop location; Wowhead’s Season of Discovery consumables guide provides the raid context.
What the flask is used for
There are two documented uses, and they lead to different rewards. The direct quest exchanges the item for a potion; the Alchemy route consumes five to make a different flask that is used in a shoulder-signets quest.
Turn in one for an Atal’ai Mojo potion
Atal’ai Potent Potables is a repeatable quest from Zalgo the Explorer. Each turn-in lets you choose one reward: Atal’ai Mojo of Life, Atal’ai Mojo of War, or Atal’ai Mojo of Forbidden Magic. The quest reference lists Zalgo as both its starter and completer, and records a level of 60, a level-50 requirement, and 50 Emerald Wardens reputation; these are reference-listed details that can vary with the current game state. Warcraft Wiki’s quest page has the quest details, while Wowhead’s guide lists the related consumables as having two-hour effects.

Save five for Flask of Nightmarish Mojo
Alchemy can use five Flask of Atal’ai Mojo to craft Flask of Nightmarish Mojo. The listed recipe requires Alchemy skill 250 and has progression values of 250/255/260.

Flask of Nightmarish Mojo is a separate item—not another name for the original flask—and is accepted for the repeatable Signets of the Lost Temple quest. That turn-in lets you select Atal’ai Signet of Might, Atal’ai Signet of Mojo, or Atal’ai Signet of Serenity. The quest reference also lists 50 Emerald Wardens reputation. Warcraft Wiki’s quest page lists the signet choices, and Wowhead’s Alchemy guide lists the recipe materials and skill values.

Should you turn it in or keep it?
Choose based on the reward you are pursuing: the direct quest provides one of three potions per flask, while the signet route requires five flasks plus the other recipe reagents and Alchemy skill 250. The references do not establish current server prices, drop probabilities, or character-specific value, so they cannot show which route is economically better for your character.

Flask of Atal’ai Mojo is exclusive to WoW Classic: Season of Discovery. Warcraft Wiki records it as added in patch 1.15.2 on 2024-04-02 and says it stacks to 20; Wowhead’s item database lists item level 50 and Phase 3. Those labels identify the item’s recorded patch and phase context, not a guarantee of present-day availability on every realm. Its item description reads: “The finest mojo of the Atal’ai trolls”. Warcraft Wiki’s item entry and Wowhead’s item database entry provide these item details.
