In Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 5 Season 2, Zeus was tied to Mount Olympus, Cerberus to Grim Gate, Hades to the Underworld, and Ares to Brawler’s Battleground. Those bosses were the source of four Mythic weapons; the Thunderbolt of Zeus also had an Island pickup route. This is a historical guide to the season’s launch-era locations and drops, not a locator for Fortnite’s live game in October 2026.
Where were the Mythic bosses located?
Epic’s March 8, 2024 season launch article names four boss locations and their relationships to nearby areas. It does not give map coordinates or grid references.

Which Mythic weapon came from each boss?
Epic’s launch article connects the Mythic variants below to specific bosses. It describes the ordinary versions of several weapons as available across the Island, but that is different from obtaining their Mythic versions.

These are the acquisition routes and weapon descriptions given in Epic’s launch article; it does not state drop probabilities, encounter mechanics, or a comparative ranking of weapon strength.
What about Wings of Icarus and Chains of Hades?
Epic described Wings of Icarus as a Mythic power found across the Island. The launch article said Chains of Hades would arrive later in the season, but did not specify its eventual acquisition method. That launch note does not establish how the item was distributed later in the season.

How current is this location guide?
This guide covers launch-era Chapter 5 Season 2 information, not the current live-game map or loot pool. Epic said the season’s Myths & Mortals Battle Pass would be available to progress until May 24, 2024, at 2 AM ET. Its launch article does not establish whether these locations, bosses, or drops are present in Fortnite in October 2026, nor does it document every later season update.
For historical reference, Epic also listed returning Chapter 5 Season 1 weapons—the Hammer Pump Shotgun, Frenzy Auto Shotgun, Nemesis AR, Thunder Burst SMG, Reaper Sniper Rifle, and Ranger Pistol—and said Thermal Scope and Speedgrip mods were available at Mod Benches in Weapons Bunkers that unlocked during a match. Those launch details do not establish the full season-long loot pool.
