Fortnite Battle Royale’s Chapter 6 Season 3, Super, ran from June 7 to August 7, 2025. Epic highlighted three new locations—Supernova Academy, Utopia City, and Demon’s Domain—and introduced shared Hero Rank progression, Hero Caches, new Hero Items, weapons, Boons, and boss rewards. The additions below describe what Epic announced; they are not a complete list of every item vaulted, unvaulted, or retained.
What changed on the Chapter 6 Season 3 map?
Epic’s launch post marked three new points of interest on the map: Supernova Academy, Utopia City, and Demon’s Domain. The post highlights these locations rather than claiming to list every map alteration. Epic’s Super season announcement
Supernova Academy
This hero-training hub contains the Academy Tech Lab, where players can find Hero Items and buy goods with Bars. It is the most direct choice for players looking to engage with the season’s Hero Item and rank systems.
Utopia City
Epic describes Utopia City as a sleek urban area with office parks, landscaping, and loot to fight over. It offers an urban looting destination rather than the Academy’s Tech Lab focus or Demon’s Domain’s boss encounter.

How Hero Ranks and Hero Caches worked
Players started each match at Hero Rank C and could advance through B, A, S, and S+. Rank was shared across party members. Eliminations, surviving Storm phases, bringing a Sprite to a Shrine, and eliminating henchmen all advanced rank. Every rank-up granted 100 Effective Health and access to a Hero Cache containing loot for that rank. S+ did not provide a cache; reaching it granted any Boons the player was missing. No. Epic’s season announcement documents the items, weapons, mechanics, and boss rewards it introduced, but does not provide a complete item-by-item ledger of everything vaulted, unvaulted, or retained at launch. Treat the names here as announced additions and changes, not as a full inventory of the Battle Royale loot pool.
