Fortnite’s Chapter 6 Season 4 birthday cakes appeared at 10 locations during the game’s eighth-anniversary event in September 2025. The event ended on September 30, 2025, at 9 a.m. ET, so these are historical locations, not a current map guide. The named sites below match two contemporaneous guides; treat the precise bearings as guide descriptions rather than an official Epic map.
All 10 birthday cake locations
Prima Games and Fdaytalk independently listed the same 10 named sites. Prima Games supplied the detailed bearings below; descriptions refer to the cake’s reported position at each site.
- Supernova Academy: In the southwestern corner of the courtyard area.
- OXR HQ: Near the northeast end of the POI.
- Smash N’ Grab, west of First Order Base: Inside the jewelry store, east of Supernova Academy and west of First Order Base.
- BURD gas station south of The Hive: Near the northwest end of the station.
- Foxy Floodgate: Close to the northern end.
- Outlaw Oasis: At the far northern edge, near red lounge chairs.
- Canyon Crossing: Near the south end.
- Demon’s Debris: Close to the southwestern edge.
- Tennis courts north of Kappa Kappa Factory: In the middle of the courts, south of Shining Span.
- Dystopia City: On grass near the northwest corner.
The guides agree on the site names, but not every relative bearing: for example, Fdaytalk describes the BURD station as north of Foxy Floodgate, while Prima Games places it slightly south of The Hive. Use the named location as the more dependable identifier. Epic’s Chapter 6 Season 4 announcement confirms season context and POIs such as O.X.R. HQ and The Hive, but does not document birthday cake positions.

Dance near a cake
Prima Games says any emote counted when used fairly close to a cake. The large purple-and-blue centerpiece was decorative and could not be interacted with.
Eat cake slices
The smaller plated slices around the centerpiece could be consumed. The reported quest threshold was eight slices; Fdaytalk says each slice restored 10 health and 10 shield. You needed to be missing health or shields to eat them, and if other players had already taken slices, you might need to visit another cake.

When the locations were available
Fdaytalk reported that the birthday event ran through September 30, 2025, at 9 a.m. ET. Epic’s season announcement says Chapter 6 Season 4 began August 7 and that Shock ’N Awesome ended November 1, 2025, Eastern Time. The cake locations belong to the temporary anniversary event within that season; they should not be assumed to remain in Fortnite now.
