Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4 Week 5 had six quests, but they are no longer available: the archived weekly-quest listing records their availability as August 7 through November 1, 2025. This guide preserves the objectives and completion tips for players looking them up after the season. Epic described the season as a bug-invasion conflict, with the O.X.R. defending the Island; its named locations included The Hive, O.X.R. HQ and Ranger’s Ruin. Epic’s season announcement.

What were the Week 5 quests?

The six objectives below are from a walkthrough published September 10, 2025, and are also listed in an archived roundup. Destructoid’s walkthrough · Turtle Beach’s archived roundup.

  • Defend or reclaim two Outposts.
  • Use an Ascender and a Zipline in the same match.
  • Call in two Precision Air Strikes.
  • Reach the maximum ammo capacity for any one ammo type.
  • Eliminate two players while in a vehicle.
  • Search 15 chests.

How to complete each objective

Defend or reclaim two Outposts

Find a bug-infested Outpost, marked by a bug icon on the map, and defeat the bugs until its health bar is depleted. Do this at a second Outpost as well. The walkthrough says progress can be made across separate matches, so both locations do not need to be completed in one round.

Use an Ascender and a Zipline in one match

Use both traversal devices before the same match ends; this objective’s progress does not carry between rounds. O.X.R. locations were suggested as a convenient place to look for both, with Canyon Crossing as another option. Plan to use one device and then the other during a single drop.

Call in two Precision Air Strikes

You need to acquire and call in two separate strikes. The historical walkthrough says each item has one charge and disappears from inventory after use, so using one item twice is not possible. Find another Precision Air Strike after the first has been called in.

Reach maximum ammo for one type

Fill your reserve to the cap for any single ammo type. The September 2025 walkthrough reported these Chapter 6 Season 4-era capacities:

In that list, rockets had the lowest threshold. These are historical figures from the walkthrough, not confirmed current capacities; later gameplay updates may have changed them.

Eliminate two players while in a vehicle

Get two eliminations while remaining in a vehicle. The walkthrough names a regular car or Hammerhead Choppa and says either running opponents over or shooting can count. Keep your character inside the vehicle for the eliminations.
