The delayed Fortnite Kicks feature launched on November 21, 2024. If you mean a particular Kicks style that has left the Item Shop, Epic has not given it a guaranteed return date: its guidance is to check back as the Shop rotates.
What happened to the delayed Kicks release?
Epic originally planned to release Kicks with Fortnite’s v32.10 update in November 2024. On November 12, Epic said Kicks would no longer release in that update. Players could still unlock the AJ1 Black Toe Reimagined through the Remix Pass, but could not equip it until a new release date was announced. Epic’s Chapter 2 Remix announcement and update
Epic announced on November 20 that Kicks would arrive the following day, November 21, 2024. The first pair earned through the Remix Pass became usable once v32.11 went live. Kicks are therefore an established cosmetic type, not a feature still waiting for its first release. Epic’s launch announcement
When will a specific Kicks style return to the Item Shop?
Epic does not promise a return date for an individual Kicks style that is no longer listed. Its support guidance says, “Our Item Shop constantly rotates Items,” and recommends checking back when an item is unavailable. That means a style may return, but the general guidance does not establish when. Epic Games Support: When will items return to the Fortnite shop?

How to check when a listed style leaves
For an item currently in the Shop, Epic says its removal date and time appear on the item’s Shop page or beneath the purchase button in the in-game store. This is a departure time for an item that is available now—not a forecast of when an absent style will return. Epic Games Support: How to check when an item will be removed
What Fortnite Kicks are—and what they are not
Kicks are digital cosmetics equipped from Fortnite’s Locker. They replace the shoes on compatible outfits; buying a real-world Nike or Jordan shoe does not grant its Fortnite counterpart. Epic’s Kicks announcement

Epic said at launch that Kicks would work with more than 500 existing outfits. It also forecast that more than 95% of outfits would be compatible by Spring 2025. That second figure was a forecast published in 2024, not a current independently verified compatibility count. Epic also noted that Kicks provide no competitive advantage and are unavailable in some experiences and creation contexts; consult its launch announcement for the stated limitations.
