The 45 Chaos Cube locations below match the rollout documented by GamesFuze on April 3, 2026—not the final island-wide total. A later guide, updated May 28, reported 70 cubes across 14 regions. Path of the Voyager was a Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2 quest reported to run from March 19 through June 5, 2026, so its event window has passed; whether it or its rewards remain available in the current client is not established.

What was the Path of the Voyager quest?

Path of the Voyager was a Chapter 7 Season 2 quest associated with Dark Voyager. A community transcription of the quest instruction reads: “Gather the Dark Voyager’s Chaos Cubes to track his movements across the Island.” The wording is transcribed by the Fortnite Wiki, not quoted from an official Epic Games page.

Guides describe Chaos Cubes as orange collectibles placed on ordinary props and sometimes inside breakable objects. AllThings.How reports that a nearby exclamation-mark marker appears on the mini-map and that progress carries over between matches. These are guide-reported mechanics, not independently verified current-client behavior.

All 45 locations in the April 2026 rollout guide

GamesFuze’s April 3 guide lists five cubes in each of nine regions. The directions below reproduce that guide’s reported placements; they are not independently tested coordinates. A later guide describes some landmarks differently, so treat these as source-specific directions.

Battlewood Boulevard

1. Inside the Golden Reel theater, on a chair beside the projector on the second floor.
2. At the top of the rock-climbing wall beside the road in the northwest.
3. In a kiddie pool by the river under the southwestern bridge.
4. Above a table in the southernmost house.
5. On the dining-room table inside the house far southwest of Battlewood Boulevard.

Dark Dominion

1. Inside the BBQ grill on the balcony of the red house east of Dark Dominion.
2. Under the Zero Point Shard in underground Dark Dominion; break the glass below the shard to reach it.
3. Inside the small black building northwest of Dark Dominion; break the glass to get in.
4. In the bathtub of the small house directly south of Dark Dominion.
5. Above the fireplace in the living room of the large house southeast of Dark Dominion.

Fore Fields

1. Above the flag by the hole in the northeastern corner of Fore Fields.
2. In the northern field beside a caddy bag.
3. On the table in the house directly south of the “Fore Fields” map label.
4. On a boat in the southeastern part of the region.
5. Inside a cooler at a camp southwest of Fore Fields. The guide says it can be collected without breaking the cooler.

Humble Hills

1. In the hand of the Peely statue in the northernmost building.
2. Floating above the jacuzzi outside the mansion in southern Humble Hills.
3. On a pool floater at the northeastern mansion.
4. Behind the letter “A” in the Battlewood sign.
5. Inside the Pizza Pit food truck north of the Battlewood sign.

Latte Landing

1. Between two tents at the top of the northwestern cliff.
2. On top of the boat in the northeastern corner of Latte Landing.
3. On a desk on the top floor of the Bun Voyage building.
4. Inside the blue tent in southern Latte Landing; the guide says to break the tent, and a nearby “!” can reveal the cube.
5. By the swing set in the park in southeastern Latte Landing.

Painted Palms

1. Inside the fake carnivorous plant’s mouth behind the crashed ship in northeastern Painted Palms.
2. At the back of the painted rock east of Painted Palms.
3. Inside the Durrr Burger food truck in western Painted Palms. The guide says it can be collected from outside.
4. Inside Kendano Cheeves’ trailer in southern Painted Palms.
5. Under a canopy beside the large hole in the snowy region west of Painted Palms.

Sus Studios

1. Inside Cosmic Durrr Burgers east of Sus Studios, opposite the main entrance.
2. Beside an excavator arm on the unfinished road southeast of Sus Studios.
3. On the meeting-room table on the second floor of the easternmost building in the complex.
4. On scaffolding above the sets in the central building.
5. Inside the refrigerator in the kitchen set in the westernmost building; the guide says the fridge must be broken.

Wonkeeland

1. At the peak of the mountain directly north of Wonkeeland.
2. Inside the office in the northwestern part of the docks northwest of Wonkeeland.
3. Above Wonkee’s statue in central Wonkeeland.
4. Under the water slide in northern Wonkeeland.
5. In a bush southeast of Wonkeeland.

New Sanctuary

1. Inside a trailer in the easternmost part of New Sanctuary.
2. In an underground recreation room reached by zipline; break the cloth wall to enter.
3. At the southernmost tip of the region, below the crashed UFO near the beach.
4. On the pool’s diving board in the southwestern corner, directly south of Sus Studios.
5. Behind the Seven Compound Vault at the bottom of New Sanctuary. GamesFuze reported this cube inaccessible while the vault was locked at the time of its guide; that is a historical status report, not current-client guidance.

Why later guides list 70 cubes

The 45-cube count reflects the nine-region rollout covered by GamesFuze on April 3, 2026. AllThings.How’s guide, updated May 28, reports five cubes in each of 14 areas: Latte Landing, Fore Fields, Dark Dominion, Battlewood Boulevard, Wonkeeland, Humble Hills, Sus Studios, Painted Palms, New Sanctuary, Ripped Tides, Elites Outpost, Sandy Strip, Squibbly Shores, and Frigid Fortress. The later guide names landmarks for all 14 areas and gives individual placements, but its descriptions are separate guide directions rather than a verified map or official source.

For the later-added areas, its notable landmarks include the shark statue, purple umbrella, and wooden crate at Ripped Tides; the sawmill conveyor, riverbank tent, and log ramp at Elites Outpost; the Greek-themed sauna, clock-tower game table, and neon rooftop cabana at Sandy Strip; the giant clam, Whale Tales, and stilt house at Squibbly Shores; and the horse-statue tower, ice-wall opening, and Trog’s cave at Frigid Fortress. Those landmarks are useful search cues, not a substitute for checking each individual placement in that guide.

Reported XP rewards

AllThings.How says the tracker updates on pickup and progress persists across matches. The sources do not name a cosmetic reward for this quest. All location and reward details are third-party guide or community-wiki reporting; no official Epic quest screen or reward table was located.

How to search for remaining cubes

1. Clear one region at a time, using the list or a guide whose rollout count matches the point in the season you are checking.
2. Check the kinds of placements reported in the guides: high ledges, building interiors, water edges, everyday props, and breakable containers.
3. Watch for the nearby exclamation-mark mini-map marker described by AllThings.How, if that marker appears in your client.
4. If a listed cube is absent, AllThings.How suggests it may already have been collected on that account. The guide does not establish a fastest route, so a route-time claim would be unwarranted.
