Epic Games confirmed the connection in its May 24, 2024 announcement, describing it as “T-60 Power Armor: Courtesy of the Brotherhood of Steel.” The season ended in August 2024, so this is historical content, not a currently available Battle Pass reward.
What did Fortnite reveal about the Brotherhood of Steel?
Epic’s official Wrecked announcement listed T-60 Power Armor among the season’s Battle Pass outfits and explicitly credited it to Fallout’s Brotherhood of Steel. The announcement establishes the outfit’s identity and Battle Pass placement; it does not establish the original teaser image’s publication details or a specific story role for the Brotherhood in Fortnite.
The season’s wider setting was a wasteland. That setting framed the crossover, but Epic’s announcement does not say that the armor reveal itself signals a particular plot or event.
How was T-60 Power Armor obtained?
Epic said the Wrecked Battle Pass cost 950 V-Bucks and that players could earn up to 1,500 V-Bucks back by leveling it. Those were the pass terms announced in 2024, not current pricing or an offer that remains active. The official announcement identifies the armor as a Battle Pass outfit; it does not establish an Item Shop route for obtaining it.

When did the Battle Pass end?
Epic’s announcement initially listed August 16, 2024, at 2 a.m. ET as the deadline to progress the pass, then updated the end time to August 15, 2024, at 11 p.m. ET. The updated date is the relevant one. The Wrecked season and its Battle Pass are now expired.
Official confirmation
Epic Games published its Chapter 5 Season 3: Wrecked announcement on May 24, 2024. Its wording—“T-60 Power Armor: Courtesy of the Brotherhood of Steel”—is the direct official confirmation of the Fallout connection.
