The highest-priced individual outfits shown in the consulted Fortnite Item Shop snapshot are Asta at 2,000 V-Bucks and Noelle at 1,800 V-Bucks. Those are dated examples, not proof of the most expensive outfits ever sold: the available shop snapshot does not establish an all-time ranking.
Which Fortnite outfits cost the most in the cited shop snapshot?
Epic’s Item Shop lists cosmetic prices in V-Bucks. In the 2026 shop snapshot consulted, Asta and Noelle were among the high-priced individual outfits:
| Item | Listing type | Displayed price |
|---|---|---|
| Asta | Outfit | 2,000 V-Bucks |
| Noelle | Outfit | 1,800 V-Bucks |
These figures describe what the shop snapshot showed, not a permanent price list. The shop changes, and this snapshot does not document every outfit ever offered. It therefore cannot establish which individual outfit holds Fortnite’s all-time price record. View the Fortnite Item Shop.
Why bundle prices are not skin prices
A bundle can include an outfit alongside other cosmetics, so its total price is not the cost of one skin. Epic’s shop distinguishes outfit listings from bundles; compare like with like when judging which individual outfit is most expensive.

Bundle pricing may also depend on what an account already owns. Epic Support says an account-specific discount can lower a bundle’s displayed price when some included items are already owned, but that discount does not carry over when gifting the bundle. How much do the most expensive Fortnite skins cost in real money?
There is no single universal cash equivalent for a V-Bucks price. The cost depends on the currency-pack option and region, and a pack buys V-Bucks rather than a particular outfit. Epic announced on March 10, 2026 that updated pack quantities would take effect March 19, 2026. Its US-dollar examples were:
| US pack price | V-Bucks before March 19, 2026 | V-Bucks from March 19, 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| $8.99 | 1,000 | 800 |
| $22.99 | 2,800 | 2,400 |
These are US pack examples from Epic’s announcement, not outfit prices or a cash valuation applicable to every region. Epic said the change reflected higher operating costs, writing: “The cost of running Fortnite has gone up a lot, so we have to increase prices to help pay the bills.” Epic’s March 10, 2026 V-Bucks price announcement.

Do rarity or limited availability make a skin more expensive?
Not by themselves. An outfit being rare or difficult to find does not establish that its Item Shop price is higher. The prices above compare listed V-Bucks costs; they do not rank scarcity, availability, or historical prices.
Can you use an existing V-Bucks gift card?
Epic says existing V-Bucks gift cards remain redeemable for the values printed on them, despite the pack-quantity change. Redemption terms and availability can depend on the card and region; check Epic’s announcement and the card’s printed value before relying on it for a particular purchase.
