For the Series 5 Week 4 Treasure Hunt documented on October 1, 2026, the Nangan chest is at the Irokawa Space Center in southern Nangan. Drive from the runway toward the launchpad, then check the raised concrete area at the north corner of the site, left of the rocket and fuel tanks. Smash the chest with your car to complete the hunt.
Where to find the Nangan Treasure Hunt chest
- Open the map and travel to the Irokawa Space Center at the southern end of the Nangan Region.
- Start at the runway and drive toward the launchpad. Head for the rocket rather than the drag strip. Traxion.GG’s October 1, 2026 guide describes this approach.
- Near the rocket, search the raised, upper concrete area at the site’s north corner, to the left of the rocket and fuel tanks. PC Gamer’s October 1, 2026 guide gives this more precise placement.
- Drive into the chest to smash it and register completion.
Clue and rewards
The clue reads: “Follow the Photo Clue to Discover the Treasure!” It does not name the landmark, so use the photo and the space-center features to identify the location.

PC Gamer lists all three rewards; Traxion.GG independently confirms the 100,000 credits and three progress points for this hunt. The progress points count toward the seasonal reward track. For the playlist period covered by those October 2026 guides, Traxion.GG lists the 2002 Lotus Esprit V8 at 20 points and the 2023 Lotus Emira at 40 points; those thresholds apply to that playlist, not as permanent game rules.
Why older Nangan directions may not match
Nangan’s Treasure Hunt has appeared in more than one Festival Playlist period. A July 16, 2026 Traxion.GG walkthrough also sent players to Irokawa Space Center, but described a different nearby search area. For the Series 5 Week 4 hunt documented October 1, follow the north-corner placement above rather than relying on that earlier playlist’s directions.

Does the Treasure Map add-on reveal this chest?
No. The Xbox Store listing for Forza Horizon 6 Treasure Map says the add-on reveals Bonus Boards, Barn Finds, Regional Mascots, Treasure Chests and Treasure Cars, but excludes Seasonal Collectables featured in the Festival Playlist. It therefore is not a way to locate this seasonal hunt chest. The listing, accessed October 3, 2026, gives a $2.99 price and says the game is required.
