That date has passed, so there is no longer a countdown to the Xbox or PC release. Premium Edition Early Access began May 15, four days earlier. The PS5 version was announced for later in 2026, but an exact date has not been published in the official sources cited here.
Forza Horizon 6 release date and countdown
The Xbox Series X|S and PC release date was May 19, 2026. Playground Games announced it on January 22, 2026, and the Xbox product listing gives the same date. The announcement named Microsoft Store and Steam as PC options. Playground Games’ release announcement states the date directly.
As of October 8, 2026, May 19 was 142 days in the past. Any live countdown to the Xbox or PC launch is therefore obsolete; the game has already launched on those platforms.
When did Premium Early Access start?
Premium Edition Early Access began on May 15, 2026. The launch schedule differed by storefront: Xbox Series X|S and the Xbox app on PC unlocked at 12:01 a.m. local time, while Steam unlocked globally at 4:01 a.m. UTC. Those were launch-period unlock times, not a current or upcoming countdown. The official Forza Horizon 6 FAQ gives the timing.

Yes. Playground Games and Xbox announced a PS5 version for after the initial Xbox and PC launch, later describing it as coming later in 2026. The official sources cited here do not specify an exact day, so a reliable PS5 countdown cannot be given from them. Check the release announcement and official FAQ for an update before relying on a date.
