Check for a Funko Fusion update
Highlight Funko Fusion on the PS5 home screen, press the Options button, then select Check for Update. Install an update if one is offered. Restart the PS5

Move the game off USB extended storage, if applicable
If Funko Fusion is installed on USB extended storage and you’re having trouble launching it, move it to the PS5’s internal console storage and try again. Test whether the problem may involve a save
PlayStation suggests starting from the beginning as a diagnostic check for a potentially corrupted save. Contact the right support team with useful details
Write down the error code and the exact actions that reproduce the crash. Include whether other games are affected and, if possible, a screenshot or video. Should you factory-reset the PS5?
Not as an early troubleshooting step. PlayStation warns that resetting the console erases data stored on it. Consider a reset only as a late escalation, after backing up data and exhausting less destructive options, and follow PlayStation’s instructions for the specific reset option. The PlayStation Store identifies Funko Fusion as a PS5 title from 10:10 Games Limited. It lists online play as optional; online multiplayer supports up to four players and requires PlayStation Plus.
