Does it include 1942, R-Type III, or Captain Commando?
Yes: all three appear in the GameFAQs compilation. 1942 is listed as an NES game, while R-Type III and Captain Commando are listed as Super Nintendo games. They are included titles in the built-in library as described by that list; this does not mean physical cartridges for those systems work in Generations.
