January 2023 Games with Gold lineup
Xbox announced the two-game lineup on December 29, 2022, for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Its announcement listed an estimated retail price (ERP) of $19.99 for each title; that is the figure Xbox gave at the time, not a current price or resale valuation. Read Xbox Wire’s January 2023 announcement.

At the time of the announcement, Xbox said the limited-time offers were available to Xbox Live Gold members, with the benefit also included for Game Pass Ultimate members. Those were the historical promotion terms, not current subscription guidance. Xbox’s announcement provides the game descriptions and dates. Xbox Wire: New Games with Gold for January 2023.
Can you claim the January 2023 games now?
No. Games with Gold has been discontinued, and the January 2023 claim windows have passed. Xbox says previously redeemed Games with Gold titles remain accessible while the player has a current Game Pass Core or Game Pass Ultimate membership.
