What can be confirmed about the other candidates?
A secondary roundup names several other games as having meaningful weather behavior, but the available evidence here does not verify the specific mechanics needed to rank them fairly. A current Xbox listing confirms Red Dead Redemption 2 as a purchasable title, but does not document its weather system.
