When did the Gears of War: Reloaded beta run?
Xbox Wire announced two beta weekends: June 13–15 and June 20–22, 2025. The event was described as a cross-platform, cross-play multiplayer beta. Those dates have passed, and the beta is no longer available.

Who could access the beta at the time?
For the 2025 beta, Xbox Wire listed these eligible groups:
- Customers who pre-ordered Gears of War: Reloaded.
- Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass members.
- Owners of the digital Gears of War: Ultimate Edition.
These were historical eligibility routes, not ways to access the ended beta today. See Xbox Wire’s June 8, 2025 beta announcement for the original dates and access details.

How can you play Gears of War: Reloaded now?
The full game launched August 26, 2025, on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox PC, Xbox Cloud Gaming, PlayStation 5, and Steam. Xbox Wire said it would be available day one with Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass and support Xbox Play Anywhere. Check the current store listing or subscription terms for availability in your region.
If you prefer a physical copy, look for Gears of War: Reloaded for PS5 or Gears of War: Reloaded for Xbox Series X|S; confirm current stock and edition details with the retailer before buying.

Does the released game support cross-play?
Yes. The official Gears of War: Reloaded game page says the released game supports cross-play across platforms. It also lists included post-launch content.
