Genshin Impact Version 6.3, branded Version Luna IV, brought new Event Wish characters Columbina, Zibai, and Illuga, plus reruns for Ineffa and Neuvillette. HoYoverse announced the lineup on January 14, 2026; earlier coverage had treated the reruns as uncertain. These banners are historical: HoYoverse reported that Version 7.1 launched on September 23, 2026.

Which characters reran in Version 6.3?
Ineffa reran in the first phase alongside Columbina. Neuvillette reran in the second phase alongside Zibai and Illuga. These are the confirmed reruns, not a schedule for future banners.
Were the Genshin Impact 6.3 leaks confirmed?
Before the special program, a January 2, 2026 PC Gamer preview described Columbina, Zibai, and Illuga as expected new characters, but said the Neuvillette and Ineffa returns were not certain until the stream. The official announcement subsequently confirmed both reruns and the phase order. The preview records what was expected at the time; it does not establish who originated each rumor or independently verify the provenance of particular leaks. See PC Gamer’s contemporaneous preview.
