Miliastra Wonderland is a creative gameplay feature inside Genshin Impact, where players can browse and play custom Wonderlands or make their own in the Miliastra Sandbox. It brings together an in-game editor, discovery and sharing tools, and themed cosmetics and lobby options. It is not a separate standalone game.
What is Miliastra Wonderland?
HoYoverse presents Miliastra Wonderland as a place for players to craft gameplay experiences of their own. Its October 17, 2025 featurette invited players to become “Craftspeople,” describing the idea as “crafting your own gameplay.” HoYoverse’s official featurette is the clearest introduction to the feature.
In practice, the mode has two sides: you can discover and play other people’s Wonderlands, or use the Miliastra Sandbox and editor to build and share your own. The specific activities and objectives depend on each Wonderland rather than on a single fixed campaign.
What can you do in Miliastra Wonderland?
Play and discover custom stages
Players can browse Wonderlands and use filters to narrow what they find. HoYoverse’s Luna VI update notes, published April 8, 2026, describe expanded collection filters and additions to the “Special Experience” filter, including options for Leaderboard, Rank, and Ultimate Achievement. These filters can help distinguish ranked or achievement-oriented experiences from other offerings; the full current catalog and interface may differ from that dated update.

Create gameplay in the Miliastra Sandbox
The editor lets creators assemble gameplay rather than merely decorate a static scene. Official update notes from December 3, 2025 describe a Wonderland Resource Center for uploading and managing prefabs and assets, as well as finding, downloading, and importing assets directly into the editor. Those notes also describe load-optimization controls and editor improvements. See HoYoLAB’s official editor and sandbox update notes for the features covered there.
A community tutorial by Ryuk gives a sense of the possible skill-system detail, discussing instant, normal, combo, aiming, hold, air, and set/adaptive skills, along with settings such as cooldowns, use limits, target ranges, animation timelines, and effects. It is a community-authored guide, not an official rules reference, and its labels or behavior may no longer match the live editor after updates. Share your own Wonderland
HoYoverse’s April 2026 Luna VI notes say a share-stage button was added. They describe mobile stage links as shareable to other platforms and PC links as copyable to the clipboard. This is a dated description of platform-specific sharing; check the current in-game interface if you need the exact steps for your device.
Personalize lobbies and appearance
The Luna VI notes also describe new cosmetic sets, a Public Lobby theme, and a Private Lobby available through the Miliastra Pass. Some items are time-limited. The notes do not establish what is currently available in every region, nor do they support a current price list. Check the in-game shop and notices for live catalog and pass terms.

How should you choose a Wonderland?
Because Wonderlands are player-created, their goals and feel can vary. Before starting one, look for the information that matters to your play style:
- Gameplay type and objective: Check whether the stage is built around exploration, a challenge, or another kind of activity, and what it asks you to do.
- Competitive or exploratory focus: A ranked or leaderboard-oriented experience may suit players seeking competition; an exploratory one may prioritize discovery over placement.
- Rank and achievement options: The April 2026 update notes document filters for Leaderboard, Rank, and Ultimate Achievement under “Special Experience.” Use available labels to find a suitable challenge, while remembering the notes are not a complete current catalog.
- Controls and stage design: Consider whether the apparent control demands and layout suit the intended player, especially if the experience relies on precise targeting, timing, or movement.
Where can creators find guidance?
Use official material when you need confirmation of editor features, and treat community tutorials as examples rather than authoritative specifications. The official December 2025 notes cover the Resource Center, asset import, optimization controls, and editor updates. Ryuk’s May 2026 tutorial goes deeper into skill configuration, but it may not reflect later interface changes. For either source, compare its publication date and subject with the editor version and feature you are using.
