In its Version 5.3 Event Wishes notice, HoYoverse describes Mavuika as the event-exclusive five-star character “Night-Igniting Flame” and lists her element as Pyro. The notice states: “During this event wish, the event-exclusive 5-star character ‘Night-Igniting Flame’ Mavuika (Pyro) will receive a huge drop-rate boost!” This is a banner announcement, not confirmation of a leak.

HoYoverse also released the character trailer “Mavuika: Blazing Heart.” It is official promotional material, not a report about leaked design details.
A later official reference
A HoYoverse article published on July 5, 2025, titled “Mavuika Notes,” refers to Mavuika as the Pyro Archon and discusses the name “Kiongozi.” Any additional interpretation of that name should be attributed to the article rather than treated as a separate confirmation of a design leak.
