When did HSR 3.1 release?
HoYoverse announced February 26, 2025, as the release date for Version 3.1. The announcement named the date but did not give an exact playable release time. HoYoverse’s Version 3.1 Special Program announcement also covered a separate broadcast; that broadcast was not the game update’s release.
What time did maintenance start, and when was the update expected?
The official update notice scheduled maintenance for February 26, 2025, at 06:00 UTC+8 and estimated that it would take five hours. Adding that estimate gives an expected availability time around 11:00 UTC+8, or 03:00 UTC. That is a calculation based on the estimated maintenance duration, not a guaranteed or separately announced release time.
