Version 4.6, titled “Two Worlds Aflame, the Crimson Night Fades,” arrived on April 24, 2024. HoYoverse Studio Technical Director Zhenzhong Yi announced that date on April 12, and HoYoverse’s release notice is dated April 24. Which characters were on the Version 4.6 banners?
HoYoverse’s announced character Event Wish schedule placed two featured characters in each phase:

HoYoverse’s Version 4.6 release notice and official Version 4.6 event preview provide update information, but the reviewed official pages do not establish a final combined Primogem total for the entire version. The leaked projections therefore remain distinct from confirmed release and banner details.
Do not add the often-cited 800 Primogems for Spiral Abyss Floors 9–12 to a Version 4.6 estimate: that figure belongs to HoYoverse’s later Version 4.7 announcement, not Version 4.6. HoYoverse’s Version 4.7 announcement identifies that later-version reward.
