How rewards were delivered
The official livestream description said: “After using the redemption codes, the rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox.” It also warned: “The mail will expire after 30 days, so don’t forget to claim your rewards in time.” This describes delivery for successful redemptions at the time; it does not mean the codes remain usable now.
HoYoverse’s general instructions explain how to redeem valid gift codes through the official Genshin Impact gift redemption website: sign in to the game account and enter the code. Successful redemptions send rewards to in-game mail. Those instructions do not override the Version 4.7 codes’ expiry. See the HoYoverse Help Center.
