Who was on the Version 4.8 Phase II character banners?
HoYoverse posted its Version 4.8 Event Wishes Notice – Phase II on August 1, 2024. The two character wishes ran from August 6, 2024, at 18:00 until August 27 at 14:59. The notice does not specify a timezone for those times.

Emilie was introduced as a new five-star Dendro polearm character in Version 4.8, titled “Summertide Scales and Tales.” The update also added Simulanka, a limited-time area available during that version; neither detail changes the Phase II wish lineup. The Version 4.8 update notice also identifies Lumidouce Elegy as a new five-star polearm and describes its in-game effect.

HoYoverse stated: “The wish guarantee count for ‘Character Event Wish’ and ‘Character Event Wish-2’ is shared, and is accumulated between both ‘Character Event Wish’ and ‘Character Event Wish-2.’” The shared count applied to those two character wishes; it was independent of guarantee counts for other wish types.
The notice also said the event-exclusive five-star characters would not be available in the standard wish, Wanderlust Invocation. Both character wishes offered Test Run trials with fixed lineups and rewards for completing the challenges.
