What did the Special Program cover?

Was the livestream the same as the Version 5.3 update?
No. The Special Program was a preview broadcast, separate from the game update and its event wishes. HoYoverse’s Version 5.3 Phase I notice listed the event-wish period as ending January 21, 2025, at 17:59; that is an event-wish end time, not the livestream start time.
