When did Genshin Impact Version 5.4 release?
HoYoverse announced February 12, 2025, as the arrival date for Version 5.4, “Moonlight Amidst Dreams.” The announcement listed PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Android, and iOS, but did not give separate release times for those platforms.

What time did maintenance start, and when was it expected to end?
HoYoverse’s maintenance notice scheduled the start for 06:00 on February 12, 2025, in UTC+8. It said maintenance was estimated to take five hours and that players could not log in while it was in progress. Based on that estimate, maintenance was projected to end around 11:00 UTC+8.
Converted to UTC, the scheduled start was 22:00 on February 11, and the projected end was 03:00 on February 12. The UTC start falls on the previous calendar day because UTC+8 is eight hours ahead of UTC. The five-hour window was an estimate: the notice does not establish the actual completion time or when the update became playable on each server.
Was there a countdown timer?
Any countdown to the Version 5.4 release has expired. The dates and times above are the historical schedule, not a live timer or a promise of the exact login time. To display the scheduled times in another region, convert from UTC+8; local calendar dates may differ, particularly for the maintenance start.

The Japanese preview notice scheduled the Version 5.4 special program for January 24, 2025, at 21:00 Japan time. That was the preview broadcast, not the game update’s release or maintenance start.
