The complete phase-by-phase roster of five-star and four-star rate-up characters is not established by the available official update notice. It mentions that the first post-update Wish window ended on September 17, 2025, at 03:59 server time, but that information alone does not confirm the full banner lineup. In particular, the notice’s introductions of Lauma, Flins, and Aino do not prove that all three appeared on launch banners.

Nod-Krai is the new region introduced in Version Luna I. Lempo Isle, Hiisi Island, and Paha Isle were available at launch. The update notice says that completing Archon Quest Prologue: Act III, “Song of the Dragon and Freedom,” automatically unlocks a waypoint south of Nasha Town. Nod-Krai adds Meeting Points, which develop as players collect Luna Sigils and share them with companions. Raising Meeting Point levels rewards resources.
