This guide lists all 16 Hot Springs in the base game of Ghost of Yōtei, grouped by region with landmarks and routes to find them. Using a Hot Spring increases Atsu’s maximum Health, and visiting all 16 unlocks the Fundoshi armor set. The Echoes of Sekigahara expansion adds separate Hot Springs in Ashoro Foothills, so those are not included in this base-game list.
Yōtei Grasslands — 4 Hot Springs
Horizon View Hot Spring
Start at Kuttara Gambling Den on the southern coast and continue to the cliff edge. Drop to a ledge, then cross the gap to reach the spring.

Yōtei’s Shadow Hot Spring
Look in the southern Shikotsu Woods among the red-flower fields. The spring sits on a rock above a small lake.
Wild Clearing Hot Spring
Go northeast of Yōtei’s Shadow Inn and climb the cliff to the spring at its top.

At the region’s northwestern tip in Golden Foothills, find the waterfall and climb the rock to its left.

In the north, follow Rumoi River east to its source and waterfall. Climb the rock on the waterfall’s left.

In the northeast corner of White Deer Woodlands, climb the rock to the left of the slope and follow the upper path.

Search Urara Forest along the region’s eastern edge for a red tree, or follow a Golden Bird to the spring.

Bear Rock Hot Spring
From Ishikari Fork, head west up the large hill. Follow the path to the right-hand rock, then use the grappling point around its far side to reach the spring.

Find this spring near the map perimeter between Yubari Lake and Huranui Cliffs.

Grassy Fields Hot Spring
Look on a hill north of Saru Plains and west of the “Boar’s Eye Cave” map lettering. Some guides spell the name “Grassy Field” in the singular.
Nayoro Wilds — 1 Hot Spring
Cave Path Hot Spring
Start at Ikidomari Grove on the western perimeter. Find the climb marked by yellow-faced statues and enter the cave. At the fork, turn right and follow the path upward.

Teshio Ridge — 3 Hot Springs
Red Crane Inn Hot Spring
This spring is inside an outhouse or bathhouse at Red Crane Inn. Speak to the attendant, pay 200 coins, then use the bucket. The inn’s map icon can obscure the spring marker, so check the building if the marker is hard to spot.
Black Bowl Hot Spring
In the southwestern Crimson Forest, climb the large rock. Enemies nearby may need to be defeated before you can use the spring.
Valley View Hot Spring
Go to the far north along the western edge, behind Contested Farm, and climb the rock.
Oshima Coast — 2 Hot Springs
Distant Castle Hot Spring
North of Miyama Village at the northern edge, climb to the top of the waterfall and continue up the hill. Squeeze through the rock gap to the left of the broken staircase, then climb to the red tree.
Cliff View Hot Spring
Head south from Saito Artillery Outpost into Shojin Hills. At the red tree on the rock, start at the bottom of the cliff on its south side and climb up.
