Sucker Punch’s September 30, 2025 Day 1 patch notes list fixes for bugs in several mini-games, including Zeni Hajiki. They do not describe coins becoming invisible or disappearing, so the notes establish that the mini-game received fixes, not that this particular symptom was addressed.

The official notes for Patch 1.008, dated October 6, 2025, and Patch 1.602, dated April 24, 2026, do not mention Zeni Hajiki coin visibility. That omission neither proves the issue persists nor confirms a fix. A secondary guide attributes a coin change to 1.008, but the claim is not corroborated by that patch’s official notes.

The following reset steps come from Nerd’s Chalk’s coin-glitch guide. The guide does not establish how often they work, and Sucker Punch has not documented them as an official solution.

- Choose your weapon, battle Atsu's opponents as you see fit, with levelled-up dual katanas, odachi, kusarigama and other new weapons.
- Check for an update. Install the latest update available for your game, console, and region.
- Leave and return. Exit the Zeni Hajiki game area, then enter it again and check whether the coins render.
- Restart the game. If the coins are still missing, close and relaunch the game, then revisit the mini-game.
If the issue continues, you can report it to Sucker Punch support. The patch notes above do not establish the current status of the specific coin-visibility problem, so none of these steps should be treated as a guaranteed fix.
Ways to earn coins without relying on Zeni Hajiki
If missing coins make the mini-game frustrating, the same secondary guide suggests earning through ordinary activities instead. It provides no verified current-build yields or efficiency comparisons, so choose an option that fits what you are already doing rather than expecting a particular payout.

Ghost Flowers are a separate named currency. In its New Game Plus announcement, PlayStation says the mode unlocks after the main story and introduces Ghost Flowers for a new vendor. The announcement does not identify Ghost Flowers as the ordinary coins used in Zeni Hajiki.
