When was the FHD Edition announced and released?
Sting announced Gloria Union: Twin Fates in Blue Ocean FHD Edition on December 22, 2020, as an enhanced port of the 2011 PSP game. The announcement planned a Japanese digital release in 2021 for Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android. Sting’s announcement described enhancements including HD resolution, balance adjustments, additional functionality, and ease-of-play changes.
The Japanese FHD Edition launched digitally on March 18, 2021, for Switch, iOS, and Android, according to Gematsu’s launch report. It reported a launch price of 2,220 yen; that is a historical Japanese launch price, not a current price.

What platforms and regional versions are documented?
The original version is the Japanese PSP game. The FHD Edition was reported for Switch, iOS, and Android in Japan. A separate ARC System Works Asia listing records a regional Switch release on September 29, 2022. That listing specifies Japanese voice acting and Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese subtitles, and links to the Nintendo eShop. Those language details apply to that regional listing and do not establish the language options on every territory’s store page. See the ARC System Works Asia product page.
A 2025 secondary report also says ARC System Works Asia released Traditional Chinese mobile versions of Gloria Union and Blaze Union on iOS and Android after their Switch releases, with cloud saves and mobile access to the manual. This report is not a complete current availability check, so current storefront status and prices should be verified in the relevant regional store.

Is the Switch version available in English?
The available regional listing identifies Japanese voice acting and Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese subtitles, but does not establish English availability. Nor does it confirm the language options across every territory or platform. Check the specific regional Nintendo eShop listing before buying rather than assuming that one region’s language set applies elsewhere.

If you want the original game, search for the Japanese PSP release, not the FHD Edition. For any listing, confirm the platform and edition, region compatibility, language information, physical or digital format, item condition, and seller details. The available release information does not establish current stock or prices.
