Which heroes are strongest in the published tier list?
Pocket Gamer’s Gods & Demons tier list is marked “Updated on October 5th, 2026 – Version: 3.0.10.” Its top tier is S+, followed by S and A. That ranking is useful for identifying candidates, but it is not a controlled comparison of investment costs or performance across game modes.

Choose for the gap in your current team rather than treating the tier order as a universal build order. The descriptions support three straightforward role choices:
- Need area damage: Orpheus is the clearest S+ damage option described by the list. Freni is an S-tier alternative, particularly if her bleed can contribute to a silence-focused synergy.
- Need healing or support: Ostara offers healing, damage mitigation, and buffs. Seraphel is another healing option with revival, while Liana combines healing and buffs with control resistance. Luna is an A-tier fallback for healing and debuff dispel in the early-to-mid game if stronger healers are unavailable.
- Need a frontline: Grox is the most clearly described S+ tank, with taunt and revival in addition to tanking.
The sources do not establish a measurable performance gap between these heroes, nor do they compare their costs or results by mode. Treat the tiers as the source’s broad ordering and weigh a candidate’s abilities against your existing roster.

How should you spend resources early?
BlueStacks’ resource and team-building guide recommends building around five-star heroes and skill synergy. It also advises against spending heavily on three- and four-star heroes that you expect to replace. These are third-party recommendations, not confirmed current instructions from the game’s publisher.
- Prioritize a five-star hero who fills a real team need and works with the skills already on your roster.
- Avoid committing scarce resources to a lower-rarity hero when you already expect to replace that hero soon.
- Collect idle rewards before they reach the game’s 24-hour cap, as BlueStacks advises.
- Advance through story chapters: the guide says progression improves idle rewards and provides milestone rewards.
Can you reset a hero and recover invested resources?
The available guides conflict, and neither establishes current in-client behavior. Pocket Gamer says the in-game Rebirth button resets an upgraded hero to level 1; BlueStacks says the game has no reverse system and invested resources cannot be recovered. The sources do not clarify what Rebirth returns, if anything. Before spending scarce materials, check the Rebirth screen and its confirmation text in your own client; do not assume a reset refunds resources.

Is this tier list for the game you have installed?
Check the game’s identity and version before using the rankings. Pocket Gamer’s page says its list stopped being updated after the game’s removal from the App Store and Google Play, despite carrying the October 5, 2026 date and version 3.0.10 metadata. BlueStacks identifies its guide as covering a Com2uS game. A separate Google Play listing for Gods and Demons – Idle RPG describes a card-based AFK strategy RPG and reports a May 13, 2026 update, but the available listing does not establish that it is the same Com2uS title. Do not assume its store status or roster applies to the game covered by Pocket Gamer.
