Guides report that it becomes available from the Man-in-Stone after his side quest and costs 12,800 Will. One item database lists the bonus as +10%, but that exact figure has not been confirmed by official game documentation or a controlled, version-specific test.
What the Goldflora Hairpin does
Game8 describes the hairpin’s effect as “Slightly increases Will gained from defeating enemies.” Gamer Guides quantifies that effect as +10% Will Gain, but treat the percentage as a secondary guide’s reported value rather than a verified universal figure. The reviewed sources do not establish how the bonus behaves when combined with other effects.
Will is the currency named in the item’s effect; this is a Will-gain bonus, not an experience-point bonus. Game8 reproduces the item’s flavor text as: “What a steal! We’d be fools not to make this trade!”
How to get Goldflora Hairpin
- Complete the Man-in-Stone side quest in Chapter 2.
- After completing the quest, return to the Man-in-Stone at a shrine and purchase the hairpin. Game8 and GameSpot report that it is sold for 12,800 Will.
Save the 12,800 Will before returning if you want to buy it immediately. The route and price above are reported by secondary guides, not official patch notes.

Is it worth buying or equipping?
It is most relevant when your immediate goal is to earn more Will and you expect to defeat enough enemies for a percentage increase to matter. Weigh that benefit against the 12,800 Will purchase cost and the other effects you could use in a Curios slot. The reviewed sources do not establish an optimal loadout or confirm how the bonus stacks, so there is no supported universal recommendation to equip it.
