Its documented crafting use is Call of Tibia, which requires three brainpans, a Grave Cricket, and a Human Bone Shard—and the recipe must be unlocked with Tibia’s Cookbook.
Where to find Grave Keeper’s Brainpan
Look for the material scattered around Charo’s Hidden Grave. The item description also identifies the area as its main location. The available location listings do not establish a guaranteed quantity, drop rate, merchant purchase, or repeatable farming route, so treat it as an area pickup rather than a confirmed farm.
Getting to Charo’s Hidden Grave
If you have reached the relevant area of Shadow of the Erdtree, the area’s route description points west-southwest from the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion at the Foot of the Jagged Peak. Reaching that point involves traversing Dragon’s Pit and defeating the Ancient Dragon-Man, according to the Charo’s Hidden Grave area guide.
What Grave Keeper’s Brainpan crafts
