What Granite Medusa Bone is used for
Granite Medusa Bone is an in-game material, not a real-world crafting item. Item-guide listings describe its function as equipment enhancement, but it is not a universal ingredient: the materials required depend on the equipment and smithing style.

Where to get Granite Medusa Bone
The Medusa is the listed source. Kiranico’s Medusa drop table includes a Granite Medusa Bone entry at 80% and a separate special entry at 100%. These are database-listed drop rows, not a guarantee that every Medusa encounter will award the bone.

The equipment requirements illustrate why it is worth checking the specific upgrade path. The ESO-UI community wiki lists one Granite Medusa Bone for the Level 3 Elven and Vermundian upgrades to Vanguarder’s Greaves, alongside other materials.
