To find the BURG.L chips you have not collected, rescue BURG.L and check the in-game Map screen: Obsidian says unacquired chip locations appear there. For a route reference, a 2022 walkthrough for Grounded’s Into the Wood 0.12 update lists ten locations, but that historical list is not verified as complete for the current game.
Use the Map screen to find missing chips
After rescuing BURG.L, open the Map screen and look for unacquired chip locations. Obsidian documented this map feature in the Shroom & Doom update notes. This is the best starting point if you are trying to locate chips in your own game rather than follow an older checklist.
BURG.L also offers optional Chipsleuth quests for several chips, according to a Steam Community walkthrough published February 2, 2022. Quest availability and the map are useful checks alongside the location list below.
Ten locations in the Into the Wood 0.12 walkthrough
The walkthrough covers the Into the Wood 0.12 update and names these ten chip locations. Treat it as a version-specific reference, not a confirmed complete list for the current version.

That is not established by the available sources. The ten locations above belong to a 0.12-era walkthrough, while an indexed Grounded Wiki result mentions a Forgotten chip. The wiki page could not be verified directly, so that mention is not enough to establish a current total or location list.

If your Map screen shows a chip not covered by the ten entries, use the in-game marker and check the current version of the game rather than assuming your save is missing something. The map is the more relevant guide to your own uncollected locations; the older walkthrough is best used for the named landmarks it documents.
