Why is this a retrial rather than a conventional second trial after a verdict?
Prior reporting says Kurtaj was found unfit to stand trial in the earlier proceedings. What is the case about?
Kurtaj has been associated in reporting with the September 2022 theft and release of unfinished GTA VI footage from Rockstar Games. The Gamers Hub reported that the leak involved 90 clips and described access to Rockstar’s systems using a phone and a Fire TV Stick connected to a hotel television.
