Rockstar’s Trailer 2 announcement names GTA VI protagonists Jason and Lucia and introduces the setting. It does not justify filling in an unannounced plot or predicting how the finished game’s story will compare with RDR2’s. Rockstar’s official GTA VI page is the primary reference for its announced material.
What is known about GTA 6’s world?
Official material presents Vice City as part of the wider Leonida setting. Preview coverage from TechRadar, based on a Game Informer cover story, reports six named regions, along with wildlife and other world details. These are reported preview features, not hands-on findings or a measured map-size comparison with RDR2. TechRadar’s preview reporting provides that attribution.

If you want a released Rockstar western, RDR2 is the available choice. If you are interested in a modern crime story set in Vice City and Leonida, GTA VI is the upcoming one—but its final gameplay, performance, and launch-day availability cannot be judged from previews. The most reliable comparison today is about their announced setting and release status, not which finished experience is better.
