This combined menu replaced the separate SecuroServ and Motorcycle Club sections. Your available role depends on its eligibility requirements.
Open the Register as a Boss menu
Use the default control for your platform to open the Player Interaction Menu. Rockstar’s support instructions list these controls:

Controls may be remapped, so check your control settings if the default input does not open the menu.
- Open the Player Interaction Menu.
- Select Register as a Boss.
- Choose CEO, VIP, or MC President if the option appears, then follow any on-screen prompt.
Rockstar’s Title Update 1.67 notes say the SecuroServ and Motorcycle Club Interaction Menu sections were merged into Register as a Boss. You can also register at an owned business computer.

What you need for each role

| VIP | Complete or skip the tutorial. Rockstar’s Title Update 1.40 notes record a $50,000 bank threshold; check the current in-game prompt if the live interface differs. |
| MC President | Purchasing a Clubhouse grants Motorcycle Club President status, according to Rockstar’s Title Update 1.36 notes. |
CEO
Own an Executive Office, then select CEO from Register as a Boss. Rockstar’s Title Update 1.34 notes describe CEO registration as having no bank-balance restriction, time limit, or cooldown. These are historical update notes, not a complete current eligibility guide.
VIP
Complete or skip the tutorial before trying to register as a VIP. Rockstar’s Title Update 1.31 notes document the tutorial condition. The original notes set a higher cash threshold, later reduced to $50,000 in the bank in Rockstar’s Title Update 1.40 notes. Because the amount is documented in historical notes, follow the live game’s prompt if it shows a different requirement.

MC President
Purchase a Clubhouse to obtain Motorcycle Club President status, then choose MC President from the combined registration menu. Rockstar’s Title Update 1.36 notes document the Clubhouse connection.
What to expect the first time you register
Rockstar’s Title Update 1.68 notes say that players registering as a CEO, VIP, or MC President for the first time through a Register as Boss prompt in Freemode can name their Organization or MC. The notes do not say that naming is required to register.

If your role is not available
The cited Rockstar notes do not give a complete current list of reasons a role might be unavailable in a particular session. Read the in-game prompt and check that you meet the relevant property, tutorial, or bank requirement above rather than assuming a particular cause.
