What the base price does—and doesn’t—cover
The properties are customizable, and some amenities are explicitly optional purchases. Your total therefore depends on the rooms and extras selected; the listed base price alone does not establish the cost of a fully equipped mansion. The available sources do not provide a complete price list for customization.

Check the current Prix Luxury Real Estate listing in GTA Online before buying. Rockstar’s later update notes document mansion-related fixes and changes, and current listings are the place to verify the checkout total and any promotion in effect. No launch discount should be assumed to remain active.
What comes with the mansions
Rockstar describes the mansions as access to exclusive features. Its Title Update 1.72 notes document the following amenities and functions; they do not establish that every optional room or add-on is included in the base price.

- Optional security staff reduce the chance of owned businesses being raided. If you also buy the Security upgrade for the relevant business, the raid risk can be eliminated.
Rooms and personal amenities
- The documented amenities include a media room, spa, cigar room, salon, and trophy cabinets.
- Gym equipment and yoga mats can build Strength and Stamina and provide temporary stat bonuses.
- A rooftop helipad is included among the listed features.
- Optional cat and dog purchases are available.
Vehicles, weapons, and storage
- The basement garage holds 20 vehicles.
- A private nightclub and a personal vault for the player’s wallet and bank cash are among the listed features.
- Optional rooms include an Armory, Arcade, Vehicle Podium, and Vehicle Workshop. The Armory offers the Mk II Weapon Workshop and loadout customization; the Vehicle Workshop can modify personal vehicles.
- Rockstar says GTA+ members receive the same HSW, Benny’s, and Drift Tuning options in the Vehicle Workshop as in the Vinewood Club Garage. This membership condition should not be assumed to apply to every player.
What the Art Studio adds
In its Title Update 1.73 notes, Rockstar says owners can purchase an Art Studio for a mansion through Prix Luxury Real Estate to access the Kortz Center Heist. The activity includes prep missions and a finale; stolen art can be sold for profit or displayed in owned mansions. Rockstar’s notes do not state the Art Studio’s price.

The base-price ranking is straightforward, but the best choice depends on what you will use and what you plan to add. Compare the properties using these factors:
- Budget: Start with the base price, then account for the optional rooms and features you actually want. A lower starting price does not guarantee the lowest customized total.
- Location: The properties are in different Los Santos areas. The sources cited here do not provide a neutral, tested travel-time comparison, so weigh setting and convenience according to your own play habits.
- Useful features: Consider whether you will use business controls, security, the garage, Armory, Vehicle Workshop, or the Art Studio and heist access.
- Feature conditions: Check the requirements for specific options, including the GTA+ condition Rockstar gives for certain Vehicle Workshop tuning choices.
Before confirming a purchase, review the mansion’s current in-game listing and your selected add-ons together. That is the only reliable way to see the total for your chosen configuration.
