The planned Frostmire setting was a frozen tundra built around the history of Lisca’s people and the Wellspring of Wisdom. The publisher presented exploration as a way to uncover more about Elderym and the people who had fought to protect the Wellspring.

The October 9 announcement said Frostmire would add level 7 gear. It did not specify gear stats or other detailed item mechanics.

Two Legendary Guardians
- Lisca: An Arctic Fox Guardian whose connection to Frostmire’s past was described as guiding players through the setting.

The announcement described both as Legendary Guardians with distinctive abilities for Frostmire’s dungeons. Immutable Games Studio’s contemporaneous release also referred to two new Legendary Guardians, new dungeons and lore, Adventure mode content, and higher-tier equipment.

The official Guild of Guardians news index lists the October 2024 Frostmire announcement alongside later game updates, including an August 2026 post stating that Guild of Guardians Dungeons was live in Early Access on the Vanguard Server. That later news confirms continued updates to the game, but it does not by itself show whether Frostmire is currently accessible or establish its present-day content and mechanics.
