Can you play Half Sword with friends?
The developer FAQ describes split-screen co-op and 1v1 scenarios, and suggests Steam Remote Play for playing with friends. That is not the same as a claim that the game offers online multiplayer matchmaking or native online co-op. How graphic is Half Sword?
Expect frequent extreme violence, blood, gore, dismemberment and exposed anatomy. The store content warning and developer description make graphic injuries a prominent part of the game, not an incidental detail. In its February 2026 FAQ, the developer said PC was the initial target, consoles might come later, Mac support depended on interest, and VR support was not planned. It also said the game uses Unreal Engine 5, that no microtransactions were planned, and that Workshop support was under consideration. These are dated developer statements, not guarantees about future releases or features.
