What the PS5 footage shows
GamesRadar’s October 5, 2026 report says the game was demonstrated on a jailbroken PS5 using an unofficial emulation setup. The report attributes the emulated build to premohq and says a fan shared footage. Its 4K description applies to that reported setup; it is not a Nintendo or PlayStation specification for a PS5 edition.
That makes this an unofficial demonstration, not a Nintendo port, Sony release, or supported PS5 feature. It does not mean ordinary PS5 owners can download the game from an official PlayStation store.
Official editions and where Nintendo lists them
Nintendo UK’s product page lists The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for Nintendo Switch and identifies The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition as out now. Nintendo describes the Switch 2 Edition as playable with improved visuals and performance. This is information from Nintendo’s UK page; it does not establish availability, stock, or pricing in every market.

Nintendo says compatible amiibo can provide random in-game items. Tapping the Wolf Link amiibo can summon Wolf Link as an ally. These are optional accessories for the Nintendo game; they do not enable play on PS5.
