Hasty elixirs: what is confirmed
Nintendo confirms the general elixir method and that elixirs can boost speed. Its guidance does not name the precise insect and monster parts required for a Hasty elixir, nor does it provide an exact recipe, strength level, or duration. Use monster parts and special insects as the general recipe class, but do not assume that the Summerwing Butterfly example is a verified Hasty-specific formula.

Choose a meal when you want the documented combination of a speed boost and heart recovery. Choose an elixir when you want to use the elixir recipe path; the cited guidance does not provide enough Hasty-specific detail to compare exact strength or duration.
How to learn and reuse recipes
- Cook a combination once to discover and save its recipe.
- Look for recipe posters in stables and shops, or speak with characters who share recipes.
- After learning a recipe, revisit it in the Food or Materials menus when you want to cook it again.

For meals, the source explicitly notes that equivalent effects can come from different combinations. For elixirs, Nintendo’s source is general rather than Hasty-specific. A list claiming every formula or a guaranteed longest-lasting recipe would go beyond what these sources document.
