The earliest Naruto game identified in the cited historical catalog is Naruto: Konoha Ninpōchō, released in Japan on 27 March 2003 for WonderSwan Color. The chronology below gives the dates and platforms established by the available historical and Bandai Namco catalog entries; it is not a complete worldwide list of every regional, mobile, browser, or arcade release.
Release dates for the Naruto games identified here
Dates are shown in an unambiguous month format. The first two entries have Japan-specific dates from the historical catalog. Dates for later titles are those shown in Bandai Namco’s current Naruto catalog, which is selective and does not establish that each date is the game’s first worldwide release. The catalog’s platform listings are included where supplied.

| Game or release | Date and region basis | Platforms listed | Release type or note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Naruto: Konoha Ninpōchō | 27 March 2003, Japan | WonderSwan Color | Earliest game identified in the historical catalog. |
| Naruto: Clash of Ninja | 11 April 2003, Japan; 7 March 2006, North America | Not stated in the cited entry | The separate dates show why a regional launch date should not be mistaken for the original release. |
| Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution | 12 September 2014, date shown in Bandai Namco’s catalog | PS3, Xbox 360, PC | Catalog date; the page does not identify it as the first worldwide date. |
| Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 | 5 February 2016, date shown in Bandai Namco’s catalog | PS4, Xbox One, Switch, PC | Catalog date; the page does not identify it as the first worldwide date. |
| Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy | 25 August 2017, date shown in Bandai Namco’s catalog | Xbox One, PS4, PC, Switch | Compilation, not a new numbered Storm game. |
| Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy | 25 August 2017, launch date in Bandai Namco’s announcement | Not stated on the cited Legacy page | Compilation of four Storm games; distinguish this collection’s launch from the original games’ release dates. |
| Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker | 31 August 2018, date shown in Bandai Namco’s catalog | Xbox One, PS4, PC | Catalog date; the page does not identify it as the first worldwide date. |
| Naruto X Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections | 17 November 2023, date shown in Bandai Namco’s catalog | PS5, PC, Xbox One, PS4, Switch, Xbox Series X|S | Later entry listed in Bandai Namco’s current catalog. |

Why this is not a complete list of every Naruto game
“All Naruto games” spans console and handheld releases as well as PC, mobile, browser, arcade, and region-specific titles. The historical list covers a broad range, including the Clash of Ninja, Ninja Council, Path of the Ninja, and Ultimate Ninja families, but it is a secondary catalog and its entries have not all been independently verified against original regional publisher records. Bandai Namco’s official page is useful for its currently listed games and platforms, but it is not a complete retrospective.

For a longer historical index, consult the historical catalog directly. Treat its chronology as a starting point, especially for obscure releases and regional editions, rather than as confirmation that every date is a worldwide first-release date.
How to read the Storm collection dates
Storm Trilogy and Storm Legacy are collection releases, not additional original entries in the numbered series. Bandai Namco describes Storm Legacy as a compilation of HD remasters of Storm, Storm 2, Storm 3: Full Burst, and Storm 4: Road to Boruto. Its page gives copyright years of 2008, 2010, 2013, and 2017 for those games, while the collection launch announcement gives 25 August 2017. Copyright years and compilation launch dates answer different questions, so neither should be substituted for a game’s original regional release date. See Bandai Namco’s Storm Legacy page.

What the chronology says about the series
The franchise began with a Japan-only handheld release in 2003, well before the later Storm entries became its most prominent international console releases. The historical catalog’s range of platforms and game families shows why a Storm-only timeline is not a chronology of all Naruto games. For a reader interested specifically in recent officially listed titles, Bandai Namco’s catalog includes Storm Revolution, Storm 4, the 2017 compilations, Shinobi Striker, and Storm Connections.
