Hatsune Miku was the Icon for Fortnite Festival Season 7, which ran from January 14 to April 8, 2025. The Music Pass featured the Neko Hatsune Miku Outfit and the Jam Track “M@GICAL☆CURE! LOVE ♥ SHOT!” featuring Miku. That season has ended, and Epic’s announcement does not establish whether those rewards are currently in the Shop.
How to get Hatsune Miku in Fortnite
During Season 7, players could access the premium Music Pass for 1,400 V-Bucks or through Fortnite Crew, according to Epic Games’ January 13, 2025 announcement. Those were the announced routes for that season, not a confirmed current price or offer.

Epic said, “The Music Pass rewards are not exclusive to the Pass, as they may become purchasable in the Shop at a later date.” That wording allowed for a later Shop release but did not guarantee one. The announcement does not confirm current stock or pricing, so check Fortnite’s in-game Shop for any listing.
What was in the Season 7 Music Pass?
- Neko Hatsune Miku Outfit: A Miku-themed outfit included among the premium rewards.
- Miku style and instruments: The Pass also included a Hatsune Miku style and Miku-themed instruments.
- Featured Jam Track: SAWTOWNE’s “M@GICAL☆CURE! LOVE ♥ SHOT!” featuring Hatsune Miku.
Epic’s announcement also reported that Miku is featured in “more than 100,000 songs.” That is Epic’s figure; the announcement does not identify its underlying source.

What is Fortnite Festival, and how do you play the song?
Fortnite Festival is a music mode where players choose Jam Tracks for a setlist and perform parts such as lead, bass, drums, or vocals. Epic’s Fortnite Festival guide lists PlayStation and Xbox among supported platforms. Players use a preferred control method; a compatible controller is optional, not a required Miku purchase.
Season 7 dates and creator guidance
Epic announced Miku as the Season 7 Icon on January 13, 2025. The season began with update v33.20 on January 14 and ended April 8, 2025, so the Pass offer is historical rather than a current season.

Epic’s Season 7 announcement said monetization of VOD content featuring eligible Jam Tracks was limited to the season’s first seven days. It listed “Daisy 2.0,” “Miku,” and “World Is Mine” and gave separate YouTube and Twitch guidance. This was season-specific guidance; creators should check current platform and rights-holder rules before publishing or monetizing gameplay.
